BRENDON C. STERN
ASSOCIATE

Brendon is an Associate Attorney in Tepe Law, LLC's Cannabis Law Practice Group. Brendon assists licensed cannabis companies and ancillary businesses as a regulatory advisor, with compliance, and as outside general counsel.

While in law school, Brendon gained valuable regulatory experience while clerking in-house for a large cannabis business and assisted in regulatory compliance, contract drafting and revisions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Tepe Law, Brendon honed his litigation skills and represented clients in various types of litigation in the state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia and other states. Brendon is skilled in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions and depositions.

At American University Washington College of Law, Brendon served as an the Articles Editor for the Administrative Law Review.
